My new website The Esoteric Frog went live a few minutes ago, and with it comes a new era in the the FrogDiva constellation. What started as a dichotomy of writing and photography has now morphed into a new trinity composed of life coaching, Reiki and Feng Shui. Almost a year of studies and training have gone into this, forsaking everything else and scraping together every possible resource until I could finally call myself a Light Worker with pride, peace and joy.
This project is the culmination of decades of experience in coaching and Feng Shui practice. The third element, Reiki, is something that has intrigued and fascinated me for the past 20 years, but never had the time to learn its intricacies and delve deeper. With all components, I didn’t stop at the basic training and strove to attain the Master levels in all three disciplines.
Why these three? The FrogDiva philosophy behind this is that all the elements complement and supplement each other. Initially, only the Reiki was supposed to be paired with the life coaching, but then I thought to myself that if you are going to embark on a complete transformation of your life and change the governing energies in your life, you have to include Feng Shui. Not all life coaches offer this combination, but I feel strongly about internal and external transformations, having gone through them myself.
Life coaching is external work, helping you navigating society and rebuild your life or change your course. However, there is internal energy work that can and should to be done alongside this process in order to achieve wholistic attunement and harmony. Finding your soul harbour, serenity, balancing your energies is what I hope to accomplish by introducing you to a gentler path. Although the FrogDiva life coaching is aimed primarily at the 45-70 age group, The Esoteric Frog is open to everyone takes you on a psychological, emotional and healing journey that will help find answers.
For those of you who have stood loyally by me over the years, you may be asking, so what about writing and photography? Good question! Art therapy is part of the component that I integrate into life coaching as an element of re-building and anchoring a new beginning. However, if you come to The Esoteric Frog just for Reiki or Feng Shui and are a practitioner of the arts (painting, pottery, sketching, photography, etc), Reiki and Feng Shui can help with creative blocks or emotional conflicts you may be experiencing. In short, everything I know and practice myself will now be packaged into a wholistic journey.
