The moment I decided to embark on my coaching certification journey I knew it would be the adventure of a lifetime and would never regret all the challenges along the way. Looking back, I wish I had decided to take this step during the pandemic years when I had more time on my hands than I knew what to do with. But I was still in therapy then, and I suppose I wasn’t ready.
Thanks to Sai Blackbyrn and the phenomenal team at COACH Foundation, FrogSpirit Coaching has a brand new website and URL. If you had bookmarked the first one, you can delete it, as the page has been deactivated and something new and exciting is coming in its place.
The page was supposed to be launched on my birthday but because I dawdled a bit too long with the editing and changes, it launched on July 12 instead. Ironically, opening the door to this new adventure also meant saying good-by to Cherry. Life has a strange way of timing the milestones in our lives sometimes, and we only really understand them with 20/20 hindsight.

The FrogDiva is working hard on the final touches before launching another brand new website and service package. It will complete the esoteric, empowerment, and healing journey that goes hand-in-hand with the life coaching.
Hint: this “project” is several decades in the making and something that many have been encouraging me to pursue professionally. I just never had the time or the inclination to do all the formal training and certification to transition from mere practitioner to professional!
